Do you ship to my country?

Yes! We have worldwide shipping on all orders.


How much are your shipping costs?

Currently, our shipping fees are:

£3.00 in the U.K, plus £0.50 per extra item.

£9.50 Worldwide, plus £0.50 per extra item.

All orders are charged in GBP so please check on a currency converter site such as www.xe.com if you'd like to know your order total in your chosen currency.


When will I receive my order?

All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of purchase unless otherwise stated.

For U.K orders, you'll receive your order within 3-4 working days.

For international orders, your order will arrive within 12 working days.

All orders are sent on a tracked delivery service, please email us if you'd like the tracking number for your order.


Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please email us within 2 hours of placing your order with the reason for cancelling.


Can I amend my order once it's been placed?

If you need to change something about your order, please contact us within 2 hours of your order being placed. 

Lost Ghosts are not liable for any incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer. It is down to the customer to ensure that they are providing the correct delivery address. If you notice there's an issue with your address, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. 


There's something wrong with my order - help!

In the unlikely event that something is wrong with your order, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order so we can help.

Lost Ghosts are not liable for damage, loss or general wear and tear caused by the customer.


Are you looking for a model/promoter?

No - currently, we are not looking for any models or promoters. When we are, all info will be posted on our Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages.


Will you send me a free t-shirt?

No, sorry. As a small business, I'm sure you can understand that we can't afford to give away our items to everyone who asks.


What's your returns policy?

At the moment, we aren't set up to accept returns. This is because all of our items come individually bagged and in brand new condition - as each item is extremely limited, we wouldn't be able to sell these on again to another customer; we want everyone to receive their items in perfect condition after all! If there's an issue with your order, please let us know within 5 days of receiving your item.


Where can I get hold of your stickers?

All orders come with free stickers that are either themed with your t-shirt or if you haven't bought one of our themed items, the stickers and badges will be selected from our collection at random.
